1. Is there a free trial?
Yes! All plans come with a 14-day free trial , no credit card required. You'll have full access to the platform and API so you can test it with real shipments. The free plan is limited to 3 shipments.
2. What happens if I exceed my shipment quota in a subscription?
No worries, if you go over your monthly shipment allowance, additional shipments are billed at a discounted rate depending on your plan. Full pricing is visible on each plan card.
3. How does shipment billing work?
Examples:
- Tracking 1 container for 1 month = 1 shipment
- Tracking the same container the following month = 1 new shipment
- Tracking a Bill of Lading (even if it references multiple containers) = 1 shipment
Important: If you track the same container using multiple identifiers (Booking + Bill of Lading + container number), you will be billed for each shipment number you use.
- Tracking 1 container for 1 month = 1 shipment
- Tracking the same container the following month = 1 new shipment
- Tracking a Bill of Lading (even if it references multiple containers) = 1 shipment
Important: If you track the same container using multiple identifiers (Booking + Bill of Lading + container number), you will be billed for each shipment number you use.
4. Am I billed if no data is returned?
Yes. If the shipping line is contacted successfully but returns no data (e.g., due to a cancelled shipment), the shipment is still billable. This ensures we've performed the verification work with the carrier.
5. How do I stop being billed for a shipment?
Safecube will continue to bill for tracked shipments until they are actively removed or no longer queried:
- Safecube Application & Webhook API: Remove the shipment from your active shipment list
- Container Tracking API: Simply stop calling the API with that shipment number

6. Do I need to pay separately for API access?
No! API access is included in all plans at no extra cost.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by credit card via our secure payment provider Stripe. Payment options include: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Carte Bleue.
